March 11 - 15

Mid semester - 9th week of 2nd semester

1. pretest (55% or 60% of grade depending on if EOC course(20% of grade) 
2. lessons(completing lessons if assigned..should also be apart of taking notes - (NOTEBOOK 20% of grade)
3. quizzes (quiz info may also be included in notes- 20%)
4. post test(retake if pretest is below 80- 55% or 60% of grade depending on EOC course or not)
5. Review Test half way thru and/or at the end of module like a FINAL EXAM(5% of grade if EOC course OR 20% if NOT EOC course)
6. Zeros for all course work NOT completed at the end of semester AND not CURRENTLY on pace with..You should be approaching AT LEAST halfway mark through ALL modules! Please see me for a pacing guide if needed...

March 4th - 8th

• Notebook Check #2 

• Test grade(s) will be updated with 2nd notebook check

• Not letting me check notebook will result in a 0 (20% of your grade)!!!

February 11- 22

1st 6 wk grading period of 2nd semester ends Fri 2/15. 

Tests & Notebook Check #1 grades are included.

 Notebook Check #2 after winter break!

February 18-22

January 28 - February 1

Notebook Check #1 will begin on Monday 1/28  and end on Friday 2/1!

MLK Day to start our week...

All students should be enrolled in at least one of their GradPoint courses per class period. Students should continue working on their unit modules in the order below...

Welcome Back 2nd semester 2018-2019 school year!

Students are currently being verified with their counselor on his or her online credit recovery course(s) to be taken and enrolled in for GradPoint. Syllabus/Contract will also be provided and briefly reviewed in class.... Please thoroughly review at home. Look for upcoming reminders in REMIND this semester with pertinent updates and information to stay informed and on top of course(s) in a successful manner.

December 10 - 21 (Last 2 weeks of semester)

Last full week of school this semester! Deadlines by the end of the week...

• Makeup for any ONE missing notebook check (20% of final grade as shown in contract)
• All writing assignments for English GradPoint courses should be submitted (counts as normal module test grade as shown in contract )
• Makeup End of Course exams (20% of final grade as shown in contract)
• All CVA/GAVS students turn in final grade upon final exam and/or EOC completion
